For 22 years, volunteers have made Family Health Centers of San Diego’s famous Spirit of the Barrio tamales. When supporters asked us for a “couple dozen extra” for personal holiday entertaining, we thought it was a great idea.

You can now serve our delicious, homemade beef or cheese tamales at your next gathering and help us provide healthcare to uninsured families at the same time.

Just click the "REGISTER NOW" button and look for "Holiday Tamales" on the donations page. Once ordered you can pick them up at our administrative offices anytime after December 1, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
