City Heights Health & Safety Fair

Come join Family Health Centers of San Diego’s City Heights Family Health Center , the City Heights Town Council and County Supervisor Ron Roberts for a great community health fair.  There will be fun activities for the whole family including a bike helmet give away, health screenings, games, healthy snacks and more!
