Community Partners
Family Health Centers of San Diego proudly partners with hundreds of local schools, community organizations and businesses. Each partnership is unique and frequently includes activities such as grant collaboration, cross-referrals, participating in events, and community presentations. Working together, we make sure uninsured and medically underserved San Diegans have access to the healthcare and support services they need.
